If the tree or item is currently in stock it will ship in 2-3 days UPS or
FedEx ground. Expect delivery in 4-5 working days from ship date. Air shipments
are an additional charge, call for more information about this pricing at
866-287-1807. Occasionally, due to the nature of our inventory, we may find that
your tree has sold out around the time you placed your order. We will notify you
within 24 hours if this should happen, and provide you with options to best
match your original choice. Your credit card is not charged until we confirm
that your order will ship.
Our shipping and return policy is as follows. We have a 100%
satisfaction guarantee. Please check your order within thirty days upon receipt
and let us know if you are dissatisfied. You must notify We Be Christmas first,
to receive return authorization. We will not accept any unauthorized returns.
Once authorized, you may return the item within the 30 day period, Shipping
Prepaid. A refund will be issued less a 15% restocking and handling fee,
within thirty days of receipt of your item. We do not offer our products on a
trial bases and there are no returns accepted after December 25.
Limited Warranty:

Christmas trees, garland and wreaths are warranted against defects in materials
or workmanship as follows:
From the date of purchase, we will repair or replace defective
Christmas tree parts at no charge for a period of 7-10 years depending on our
Suppliers expressed terms.
Tree light strings (not the bulbs) are guaranteed for three
years or 3,000 hours, LED sets for five years or 5,000 hours. Defective light
sets will be replaced free of charge and postage prepaid. The actual tree itself
will not be replaced if the problem exists with the lighting only.
This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from
accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear or variation of
coloration for white trees. |
