HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

- Instructions for tracking your order sent with the Post Office.
- After selecting the USPS logo below you will enter the USPS tracking page.
- In the "Tracking (or receipt) number" box, type in or paste the full tracking number of your package.
- If you have multiple packages you can input all the tracking numbers in the box, separated by commas.
- Click on the "Find" button in the lower right corner of the box.
- Instructions for tracking your order on UPS.
- After selecting the UPS logo below you will enter a UPS tracking page.
- In the "Shipment Reference" information box, type in your order number or the full name in the "Billing Address".
- Enter the date your order was placed and yesterday's date into the "Ship Date Range" drop boxes.
- Enter the "United States" in the "Destination Country" field.
- Enter the five or nine digit "Ship To Zip Code" in the "Destination Postal/ZIP Code" box.
- Check the bottom left box to accept UPS's terms and conditions.
- Click on the "Track" button in the lower right corner of the page.
Click on the UPS Logo below to track your order.
- Our Shipping Information
- We try to ship most orders received Monday thru Friday within 24 hours.
- A few days may lapse between the time you place your order and the time USPS or UPS makes your tracking information available.
- UPS does not pick up shipments from us on weekends or holidays.
- USPS does not pick up shipments from us on holidays. Shipments picked up on weekends may not have tracking information available until the following Monday.
- If your order is not found, try tracking it again the next day.
- During the Christmas Holiday season, the shipping times may increase.
- Most Large Display Items Can Not Be Tracked Here.
- If you have ordered anything with an Item Number starting with the letters "DS" (Drop Shipped), it can not be tracked from this page. These items are mainly large display items. These items will be shipped directly from the manufacture. Any item drop shipped within 10 days from the manufacture may not have tracking numbers available depending on the carrier. If we are able to get a tracking number from the carrier we will send it in a separate e-mail to you. You will be notified if an item cannot be shipped with in 10 days via the e-mail address you provided us. Please check your Spam Folder for our e-mail before contacting us about your order.
