Sales Terms and Policies

Canceling or Changing Your Order:

We process all our orders as they are received. They are shipped as soon as possible. Our hours of operation are M-F 10:00 am to 3:00 pm CST. The warehouse is closed weekends and holidays. Since we process orders as soon as they arrive our customer service representatives may not be able to change your order. We will do our best to comply with your changes.

Shipping Policy:

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday thru Friday. During the Thanksgiving week the shipping time may take a little longer. We ship our orders via UPS or USPS. You may track your orders progress by selecting the "TRACK YOUR PACKAGE" logo on any page of our website.

Most large trees and large outdoor display decorations will be drop shipped from the manufacturer to save you additional shipping charges. Please allow additional 3 to 5 working days for delivery. Tracking numbers will not be available on these large orders. Shipping and handling rates are only charged on items shipped. You are responsible for paying the shipping and handling charges. They are non refundable.

Because Christmas items are seasonal, an item may be sold out when we receive your order. If this happens we will notify you within 24 hours. We will provide you with any options that best matches your original selection.

Drop Shipped Items:

Drop shipped merchandise can be recognized by the prefix “DS” before the products number. You will need to order these drop shipped products as early as possible to have the better selection and additional shipping time. Drop shipped items are shipped directly from the manufacture to lower your shipping cost. These orders cannot be expedited and there will not be any tracking information. Please no phone calls or e-mails about your drop shipped delivery unless the estimated shipping date is 5 or more days overdue. Your order will only be delayed further if we have to pull your order out of the processing list.

Large Trees and Outdoor Decorations:

Some items we sell are too large to ship via UPS or USPS. These items will be shipped via Common Carrier Motor Freight. We will contact you via the email address given in your order information if your order is shipped via Common Carrier Motor Freight. Make sure your email program will accept these emails from

Delivery Outside the USA:

Due to the high credit card theft, high shipping cost and country tariffs we no longer ship outside the USA.

Merchandise purchases:

Christmas merchandise is seasonal;

  • Purchases made after December 1st, cannot be returned for refunds, credit, or exchanges.
  • All Christmas special items shipped are final.
  • All returns, refused shipments or undeliverable shipments will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • No refunds are allowed on shipping and handling charges you have paid.
  • These return policies are non-negotiable!

Christmas Close Out / Clearance Merchandise:
  • All these sales are final.
  • These prices are only available while our supplies last.
  • If more than one item is ordered a partial order may be shipped on sale merchandise. You will not be charged for any item that is not shipped.
  • There are no backorders or rain checks issued on special merchandise.
  • No refunds are allowed on this merchandise.

Damaged Merchandise:

If you receive damaged merchandise please do not throw the shipping box or its packing away.

If you receive a damaged box or if its contents are damaged, you must contact the company that shipped it to receive an adjustment and for their damaged freight procedures.

After contacting the shipper for damaged shipment instructions you need to report the damage to us within 3 days from when you received your shipment:

  • The invoice number.
  • The item(s) description.
  • The number damaged.
  • A description of the damage.
  • Was the shipping box damaged?

We will then issue the required procedure you will need to take for the return.
We have in place extensive controls and procedures when packing and shipping your order to make sure your order is packed and shipped correctly.

Return Policy:

We always want you to be happy with items you have ordered. Please check your order within two days after you receive it. If you are not happy with your purchase, just e-mail us within two days for a return authorization number. Please use the email form at the bottom of this page and include the following information with your request.

  • Name on the invoice.
  • Invoice number.
  • Your name.
  • A daytime telephone number.
  • The reason for the return or exchange.

After we receive your email we will send you an authorization number and then you can sent back the return within 14 days.

All returned merchandise must include:

  1. The return authorization number issued by us. Any package without a return authorization number will be refused and returned back to the sender.
  2. If possible return the item in the original shipping box.
  3. Return the package with the freight paid and insured. We recommend you insure the parcel for the product replacement value. Have the package traceable since we are not responsible for any losses or damages.
  4. Please give us the reason you are returning the item.

After we receive your return:

  • We will credit your credit card for the returned merchandise less any restocking fees (if necessary).
  • No Christmas returns will be accepted after December 1st.
  • If the merchandise was used, we cannot resell it. So there will be no refund given for any used items. Any returned used merchandise will be donated to charity.
  • Any package we receive after 20 days from the email date with the return authorization number will be returned back to you, at the your expense.
  • Any unauthorized returns without a return authorization number will be refused or returned back to you, at your expense.
  • Please note these return policies are non-negotiable!

Credits and Exchanges:

Credits and Exchanges are usually processed within 10 days (During December it may take up to 20 days) of receipt of authorized return item. Credits will not be issued without the proper Return Authorization Number.

Limited Tree Warranty:

Artificial Christmas trees, garland, and wreaths are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship as follows: From the date of purchase we will repair or replace defective Christmas trees at no charge for a period of 10 years based on our Suppliers expressed terms. Wreaths and garland are warranted for 3 to 5 years.

Tree light strings (not the bulbs) are warranted for 3 years or 3,000 hours, LED strings for 5 years or 5,000 hours. Defective light sets will be replaced free of charge and postage prepaid. The actual tree itself will not be replaced if the problem exists with the lights only.

The limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, normal wear and tear and variation of coloration for white trees.
